Common questions
How do I upload a DST file?
Open the Stitch Preview, drag a .dst onto the canvas or use the Upload button — it renders instantly. From My Designs you can also open any file in your library.
Do I need an account?
You can preview a local .dst without signing in, but saving designs, AI digitizing, and exports require a free account.
Which embroidery formats are supported?
EmbroidAI works with DST, PES, EXP, JEF, VP3, XXX, and HUS — covering most commercial and home machines.
Can I use EmbroidAI commercially?
Yes. Files you generate are yours to use in commercial embroidery work, subject to your plan's limits.
