Credits are how EmbroidAI meters its AI features. AI Digitizing costs 10 credits, Create Embroidery costs 2, and Text to Embroidery costs 1. Viewing, simulating and analyzing files is free.

No. Credit packs are one-time payments. You're never charged again unless you buy another pack.

Larger packs include bonus credits: Basic adds 10%, Plus 20% and Bulk 30% over the Mini pack's rate, so the price per credit drops from 10¢ to about 7.7¢.

No. The DST, PES, EXP, JEF and VP3 viewers and the DST Analyzer run in your browser without signing in. An account gives you 10 AI credits to try the paid features.

Yes. API calls draw from the same credit balance as the dashboard.

Go to Settings → Credits & Billing in your dashboard and pick a pack. You pay once by card, in USD, through Cashfree, and the credits are added to your balance as soon as the payment goes through.

No. Credits stay on your balance until you use them, and each pack you buy adds on top of what you already have.
